Lookin for a synth software 2 go with MPC-2500/Mac G4 laptop

I recently bought a mpc 2500 and i'm lookin for a synth program for strings, bass,organs,etc. I'm looking for something could parallel the Phantom & Motif without the phantom/motiff price...Please if anyone knows something let me know
