Using Internal Sample Rom

Do you have to get permission from Akai to use the internal samples (Factory Presets) in your commercial recordings ?

I think the factory presets are kinda ill.

I'm not tryin to catch a Swizz Beats.

i would have thought that all royalties had been paid on these samples

I'm unfamiliar with things of this nature.

It's cool, it's like when you use a Triton/Motif/Fantom etc I thought some of the sounds were quite nice too
