Since 1.1 Ive had no disk errors but sometimes the browser seems to not always display folder contents correctly.

Ive been navigating a hierarchy of folders a few times now, and have seen some strangeness including:

- every folder seemingly containing the same files (the files from the last project that I loaded) its only happened a couple of times, but was freaky....
- when that happened I was able to move to any new folder, but it would still display the contents of the other folder, so when loaded, it doesnt load the data you want (power off/on was needed).
The first time this happened I thought i mustve saved over a project accidentally, but no (thankfully?) it was just a bug.

So 1.1 fixed 72 bugs or so.
unfortunately for me, I experience more bugs (and more painful ones - eg audio clicks) than with 1.0 :/

Its great that Akai has both Operating systems for download :D

Now, the only way to help fix any problem you have with the current OS, you will need to write down detailed info on how to reproduce your problems and send it to Akai and post it in the forums.

I didn't expect this OS to be flawless but it will get there in time.

Come on Jahrome you should know from my previous bug reports (for 1.0 and 1.1) that you dont need to be telling me the correct way to do this.

Do you think I would just leave out information like how to reproduce it if I knew those steps?

Of course not. Thats why I didnt put 'bug' in the thread title yet. ;)

So - nobody else has seen anything like this ?

Same thing happened to me when I first installed my hard drive. I guess maybe the hd had a faulty area on it but... Whenever I would browse my folders I had this one folder that would display it's contents even if i was looking in a different folder. When i upgraded to the new O.S I had reformatted my HD (and lost nuf Sh@t!). Needless to say I don't have this problem anymore try a reformat it worked for me 8)

As far as bugs go My hd is a 60gb seagate hope that helps

I have personally lost one file/song in 5 months. It is on my hard drive but when I load it, it doesn't play back correctly. Since this only happened once, I assumed it was just operator error.

I can't call it. Some are losing files and some are not. But be prepared for future headaches if you don't back up your files. Hard Drives will most likely crash one day.
