Post your views and questions about the Akai MPC2500

when i put an effect on a sample and try to record it on the main out (to free up the effects). it records it w/ the effect on it ,but the samples a little off on the beginning... its not recording about a 1/2 second of the beginning... any advice??? in my mode/record screen input: main out stereo monitor:on

Try hitting the record first let it run for 2 seconds then run your sequence. see if that work then cutdown the space time in trim just for starters.

BDBRAKE,,,, i tried it your way and it worked for me... i didnt know i would have to recut the sample thats all..
Spirez,,,, those are mpc pics from other forms that i just snatched, i actually have the RED pads on my MPC2500... and it looks devilish. im thinking about getting a new paintjob also.. my friend is an artist check him out http://www.myspace.com/serafino
