1. can you sample while the sequencer is playing. Like you write a bass line on a sound module that has no sequencer its being sequenced on the MPC and you want to sample it 
?
2. Can you bounce down effects like hit echo at the very end of the sample and Record that as a new .wav with the echo permenantly attached. "resampling sp303 style"????
3. when you chop on the 2500. Can you chop by zones and by peaks.
does it automatically drop the zones/peaks into a sequence for you?
does the decay envelope swallow the end of the sample like chopping on the 2000xl you have to edit in silence behind the sample for it to play all the way through or there are gaps of silence in between each chop. do you still have to compensate for this on the 2500???
trying to research samplers functions is very difficult if you read the ad in the catalouge or on a website where they sell the sampler or review it you get VERY limited information. Even the manual of my mpc 2000xl is decieving on the functions how the manual describes some things then you try to use it and its very dissapointing or very difficult or rediculously time consuming.
