seen a post up here somewhere where sum cat said maybe with the next o.s you may be able to burn a disk on the mpc 2500 and put it straight into your hi fi and voila... sound.
how does that work then when there is no cd tray e.t.c.
at first i thought that was what the hard drive was gonna be aswell, like a cd tray n all ?
can some one shed some light, or is there a tray you can fit.... confused a bit here.

If you look closely at your MPC 2500, on the front of the unit on the lower left hand side, you'll notice a little removeable plate that is attached with a single screw. That is where you can add the CD M-25. All the info is in your manual.

Yep, you can do it with the current OS if you buy the cd drive.

I wouldnt mind the cd drive just because it would mean i could do the cds anywhere but its so overpriced and you cant get an unofficial one as far as i know. il be happy with my 20GB hard drive and my 128 ram.
