Syncronizing with USB????

ok, i just bought an mpc 2500 (my first mpc) and i currently own a motif 6...when i sync pro tools with my motif i go strait thru the USB port instead of dealing with midi cables and coverters, etc....i was wondering if that same thing is possible with the mpc 2500?...if so, it would save me a lot of time and money...i dont see anything about it so far in the manual but if any of ya'll kno how it can be done it'd be greatly appreciated...thanx.....

i think usb on the 2500 is for moving data, ie, moving samples etc etc, not for any kind of audio send or sync. i think anyway, im sure more people wil help.

Besides in order to turn this forum back around to what it used to be I need to be more responsible when I do that RTFM thingy. Alot of us here do that, I know I'm guilty.
