ok well if you checked my last thread i had a problem with the "poly/mono" setting....
well thanks to all that helped it got me situated and i ended up making a real hot beat....well atleast hot compared to what i was making...
any how...i go to save it...clicked "all seqs and songs" saved that...then i went and saved each sequence individually aswell...
NOW MY PROBLEM....today i wanted to mess with it so i opened the seqs and what not, but there is no sounds assigned....i dont know maybe i saved them wrong? what is the best way to save once your done??
and am crossing my fingers here...but seeings that i still have the pgms and sequences......i think it just doesnt see the sounds because they are in another directory in the cf card...is there any way i can find out what the name of each sound is called so that i can find them copy them and add them to the directory where the pgms and seqs are...
Or am i just screwed all together with this beat?? sorry if they are very amateur questions but i only owned the mpc a few weeks and am still learning every day.....but if someone can help me out it would be great....then i can learn from my mistake and hopefully this wont happen again....
Thanks in advance....
