I am tring to program a sequence with some samples, I lay down the samples on the first track and they play fine.

When I try to record more sample on track 2 some of the samples on track one stop playing my voice overlap is set to polyand all mute groups and targets are off

Can anyone help with this?

ah this has happened to a few peeps...
cant remember what screen it is but there's one page (mebbes trim page???) where in the top right hand corner it says poly/mono.... if it is set to mono(easily done by mistake) change it back to poly and it should sort yor probs . i think it affects a whole track so yuo cant lay down/stack more than one sample in the same place....
if anyone knows what i'm talking about they might be able to provide yuo with the exact page where yuo can change this setting

Once again you guys were right!!!
1.hit mode then pad #7 (program)
2.hit params(f3)
3.top right hand corner Play: Needs to be swiched to Poly.

I don't know how it got switched to Mono in the first place...............oh well thanks again guys!!! :D :D :D
