I want to sync protools to the 2500 should I use MTC or MMC?

Coles, before you waste time asking some other studio q's and waiting for replies, have a GOOD look at that site, chances are it will already have your answers right there.

If your MPC were to be synced with Pro tools, What advantaves would that really give you besides the timing. I run pro tools myself, and i really dont see the benifits of it. Am i missing something?
