When you chop with the 2500, do you lose stereo like the 1K?

ive had the 1K a week, and notice this already,,,I hate how i lose the stereo of my samples,,it can really effect the sound when some instruments are to one side or another.. if the 2500 keeps stereo imm get this instead...
