RAM Memory...

so i want to upgrade the ram memory... but in the manual it doesnt state HOW i do it, and i also want to kno if theres a specific type of ram it needs, or can it use just a normal PC ram?

and if theres anymore information you want to tell me, that i should know about the memory and stuff, let me kno!

but i'd rather ask myself than search for someone elses thread, plus you've just wasted a post stating that when you could have answered the question that was stated.

If you buy the one made for the 2500, it comes with instructions on how to install it.

It's really not hard, and most anyone should be able to figure it out. All it involves is taking a cover off and plugging the card in the slot, much like you would memory on a computer.

yee, i figured it would be pretty easy, i had the MPC 2000 and it was easy to take that apart, but ive just got the 2500 this week, thought i'd ask instead of getting stuck in there and breaking it or something haha.

Since i got mine, the price has gone up in the uk to £900-1000

i got it from Sound Control in Leeds, it cost me £750.
