How to youse The mpc whit Cubase?

I have cubase 3 and a midi controller with 2midi out and i have no interface.
i have tried to put the midi out from the keyboard to the midi in mpc tournd in the mpc to midi an program off midi:1a and i have no sound when i play with the keyboard on the mpc i realy dont no what to do so pla help me!!!

you need a MIDI interface on your PC.

you want midi out of keys going into MPC, that part is right.

then you need midi out of MPC going into MIdi IN on your computer

the rest is just selecting the proper input settings in Cubase

but i wont to record the sound from the vst plugins to the mpc not the mpc sounds to pc
now i have buy a midi interface what to do to record the pc sounds(vst plugins) to the mpc sequencer?
sorry for my stupid questions but im new to the midi stuff.
