ah man im pretty sure i have a.d.d so im not the type that can easily sit for hrs and days trying to figure out how to use a piece of equipment or program. for me most time it was a chore to sit and create music but my love for it kept me doing at least a couple tracks here and there. ive always looked into the mpc series but told myself i didnt need it,because i was hooking up nice track with my sampling keyboards, once i started considering getting one one salesman tried to sell me on the notion that the mv8000 was better than any mpc out there 4000 included(2500 wasnt out yet) , i didnt even give it a thought. for one thing i already have a full fledged studio so alot the features were useless to me,also ive been working with and purchasing pro equipment for 15+ years and the mpc series has be in the main stream for as long as i can remember. since then there has been many similar unit that have come and gone, that says alot. ive since got the 2500, the workflow and features got me making more beats in a month than i have in a year and ive only used it to about 20% of what it can actually do. im considering leaving my girl because they say you can only have one true love at time, so if i can figure out how to cook a hotdog with this thing my girl is out. later
