I am new to MPC's and had a question. When you sample a record into an MPC2500, layer drums and bass, is it in .WAV format when you put it into the computer? This is why I ask, let's say I create a loop in an MPC, and want to add strings to it from Logic Pro 7.2. How would I do that? Also, what kind of wires do you need to connect your mixer to your MPC2500? Dual side RCA cords?
