stereo outs cutting out

I had a slight power surge at the crib yesterday and when i mean slight it. During ernesto ( east coast homies will know) it was wack out. Power went out for a split second
not even,
eveything stayed on in my room, lights computers, mpc, mixer. All hooked up to a monster filtered surge protector which is pretty heavy duty, or atleast looks and costs that way! . So after about an hour of play time, the sound outs on the mpc will just stop. Its happend on 2 occasions, but not consistent which is very odd, I havent updated to 1.22 yet but i highly doubt its a software issue. Anyone think vst would be able to fix this or where else should i be looking to fix this if it indeed is the fried mp

take it to the dealers.

get a replacement while they fix.

yea but i dont know what dealer to take it to, i got it from zzounds and there return/policy is shit. Akai **** with warranty? it has 0 mention on there website about it.....
