loading folders and erasing seq?

aiight.. when i load a folder (actually for some reason i cant open the folder to see the individual files) but i load a folder and i dont replace existing programs/seq/samples or whatever and i go to the main screen and it erases the sequence i already had up??? not completely but i have to reload it and then when i reload that folder the one i just did is gone.

aight so i figured out how retarded i am on looking into the folders.. damn, but its still erasin the stuff already loaded?? i know Digital Performer and all these crazy Native Instrument plugins like the back of my hand but gettin stuck on the hardware.. but i'm a changed man, lovin the mpc.
