has any had this problem. its starting to happen alot on jj's o.s. actually everytime i make a beat.

but yo check it. say if im making a beat and i sample a bunch of records. and i only use like 4 or 5 mins of the totall sampling time. then i start chopping each sample, by the time i get half way through my samples i have like 5 programs but each program only has about 16samples in it maybe 32. but thats rare cus i hate switching from a,b,c,d. and some of these progams i automaticaly created progams for using the chop function then F2 to create it. so once i get to the 6th or 7th program and try to creat it automaticly it says that my mpc has a full 24 programs and it cannot create any more. even if i try to atoucromatic a sample it says the same thing. and this only with 5 or six programs in the machine.

but ive realized that somehow the mpc is creating a bunch of blank programs.
even after deleting all the blank prograngs and saving, then restarting, then loading the beat again. i get the same error when trying to create another program. this is becoming a pain. ilove jj os but if this is a problem theres no point of using it.

O!!! and another thing, sometimes if i keep trying to create the progam automaticly.( say like 5 to 7 time over and over again) it will just turn the chopped sample into a pacthed phrase on its own. then i really start getting mad.

but holla if any one has had this problem. peace

yea I don't know what the deal is. maybe this os is like a trial version cus it has some good features but its lacking some of the main features from the akai os. I just hope it gets fixed. cus I aint droppn a dime on it.

that's because it's just the 1000's OS modified to be like the 2500 plus some extra features.

i would guess you're not going to see another update for a while. JJ is probably starting all over again but instead of using the 1000 OS and trying to make it work with the 2500, they're starting with the akai 2500 OS and adding features, which is what they should have done in the first place.

i said it back when they first dropped this OS, it was not a good idea attempting to take their modified 1000 OS and make it work with the 2500.
