Tap Tempo with jj o.s. 3.02 - please help

I have the JJ operating System 3.02..and for some reason my tap tempo isnt working...is this a bug?...and is there a newer O.S. out there yet?

i dont use jj but i heard cats sayin that the tap tempo is different, apparently u have to hold down tap tempo and then mash on of the pads to the bpm, like use one of the pads as ur tap tempo. also, i believe version 3.04 is out
