Disappearing files on media card or just the MPC ?

I just though i was drunk but i have to folders on the media card "samples joints" and MIDI Joints" and when i save a folder plus samples and other files to the folder and wipes the other ?. I have lost 5 beats in a week and its driving me nuts, is this the media card or the MPC ?

same fukcin shyt keeps on happenin to me too...Im just trying to make a simple program but everything is getting lost, erased...etc. I dont know if I should save same samples or not...the manual IS NOT clear on these issues...

i think you're getting hit with the save bug. use the search function, there are plenty of threads about it.

....I know, it´s a shame. I had the same problems the first week after I got it. Just go ahed and get an internal harddrive. Solved all my problems. Lost about 4 beats the first week, haven´t had a problem after I installed the harddrive. Not to mention the luxury of 80GB....
