making Programs

Im trying to make a new program on my mpc but everytime I enter a new program name it dont let me add samples in program mode, a question mark appears next to the program.

Where exactly do you "enter a new program name"?

if a question mark appears then you need to load that program, either that or it got deleted.

I suspect you're trying to make a new program just by renaming another one...if that's so you would end up with a questionmark in front of the programname when you return to the main screen.

Try this: shift program - highlight the current program name if there is one, otherwise just highlight the program "spot" - window - new...(I'm not in front of my mpc right now, but I think I remember correctly)
