Just got my MPC2500.... new user

Howdy!

I'm Rossco from Newcastle, in Australia.....
My MPC2500 just turned up so i thought i'd celebrate by saying g'day.

im copping mine sometime next weeek to replace my stolen 2000XL.

My man Pat is tossing it to me for $1400 Canadian or about $1200 american. he used it all of 3 times and its been in the box ever since. i cant wait.

Im downloading the manual right now actualy so i can figure some basics out before i get the unit. then ill spend about a week just with the MPC and the manual learning my way around.

Yeah, i'm using the manual as entertainment on the bus to work and back. Mainly going to be using this baby as my percussion sampler (replacing my S2000) in the studio, and main sequencer for live stuff at gigs.... if and when i get any . looking like a rather solid piece of kit so far!

I am glad you guys got your 2500... I originally wanted a 2500, but could only afford the 1000... so I am 1500 short of a 2500...

wish me luck I hope to get one next year... if not the 4000
