I can't get this midi right...

alright running the mbox2 (getting ready to make a change to cubase with the 1082) motif es6 and 2500 I'm trying to do 2 things... sequence all my stuff through the mpc even it is an all original trak i wanna sequence the whole thing on the mpc and I'm also trying to get it where when I hit record on protools that everything kicks on can anyone help with that?

i got a similar setup when i want to sync everything like that i use a midi/usb to plug the mpc (midi a) into protools via my mac usb port(mbox1), then i use 1 midi plug from mpc(midi b) to the midi in of my motif then set the midi configs. but i will usually leave protools out of the midi loop unless i want to sync reason or something. its all on how you prefer to have it depending on what results you want at the end of the day.
