Innaccurate pads? Hit a pad, sound plays twice

sometimes when I'm playing a beat, i hit a pad, and the sound will be triggered more than once. Like it'll play the sound and then immediately RIGHT after it'll play it again, very quickly.

It's very random and it actually happens quite a lot, I was wondering if everybody got this or if I had a defective machine or what.

sometimes it will also play sounds from other banks.

For example i'll hit pad 16 on bank A,

the sound for 16A will sound, but the sound for 16B will also sound as well...


um wtf?

every goes thru that when they first learning the technique. its your finger bouncing back onto the pad.

try doing quik short staps instead of slappy slapz

Sorry Nan but he said when he hit a pad a sound from ANOTHER PAD BANK plays, thats not sloppy slaps thats a system issue. I know because it happened to me. Do a system reset, that will fix it.

Power on while holding the ERASE button.

the double triggering sound is, in fact, a user error; the way you hit the pads. eventually, it'll pass.
