E-Books - Are they worth purchasing?

simple question , if anyone has purchased the "MPC 2500" one could u reccomend it? , I'm thinkin gof purchasing , just not entirely sure

Yes, although I was almost a complete beginner when I got the 2500 book. Prior to that I owned a 3000 for about two months and barely used it and before that a 60 for two months that didnt even work.

It definitely opened up alot of new ideas and uses for the 2500 in terms of designing sounds, editing samples, and sequencing. Its a great accompaniment to the manual. Well actually, the manual is basically useless when you have the eBook. The eBook pretty much covers everything you would NEED to know from the manual and then gives you a whole chunk of innovative ideas and tutorials that you probably wouldn't of thought of yourself.

I'd like to see an eBook equivalent for the JJ OS!

i can recommend it because it is not just an e-book, but comes with a bunch of examples and samples to accompanie the tutorials. so its not only a read, but a read-and-do book which i like very much.

I got the 2000xl e book and yes it's very informative, even expirenced users will find something in it of use.

i copped the JJ OS a few minutes ago and gotta say i love it.
But the online Manual is horrible
