Midi Record Problems

I wont to record midi notes from my motif to the mpc but it doesent record it when i play on the motif keys. It only record it when i play on the mpc pads.
How can i play on the motif keys and record it on the mpc??

i can only record the midi notes when i play the motif sounds with the mpc pads whith the motif keys it dont work.
