MPC and motif rack

Ok. First here's the equipment being used.

MPC2500
Motif ES Rack
MBox2
Alesis USB mixer

I've got a problem tracking all my Motif Racks sounds into Pro Tools. Could someone give me a spill on how this should work?

how do you have everything hooked up?

I've got the Sound rack slaved the MPC2500 through MIDI. The midi controller hooks into the MIDI In on the MPC. I've got everything running into my mixer. (Main outputs into the Line on the mixer) I've got S/PDIF cables running into the MBox from the MPC and the sound rack plugged into Line 1. The monitors are hooked to my MBox. Is this incorrect? If so, could you point me in the right direction?

on the main screen select the option that says midi and change that to your midi channel. see if that works
