Yea.. they work only on stereo outs :(
but you know, the effects aren't so good.. maybe you should use effects in your daw.. but if you need to use them and record 8 outs, you'll have to resample.

Try that, this might solve your problem:

with the AKAi OS the effects can only be routed through the stereo outs.

unless i'm missing something, fx still dont go to assignable outs on the jj os either

but mpcXX00 fx are like carving soapstone with a pitchfork

Yeah i wasn´t sure about that. but there was an setting for the effects in the JJ OS for the 2500 that allows you more flexibility with em.
If i remember correctly?

Your better off using effects in your DAW, when you add compression to a DAW track that has any reverbs or delays the sound can change pretty drastically.
