I need some help

Hi

I just bought MPC 2500, brought it home, tuned it on, worked for about 10 minutes and after that I turned it off. Later after the turning on the OS was not loading and the screen was blank. I need help. What should I do?

reload the OS again

how can I do it if there is nothing at all on the screen and my MPC doesn`t react on anything at all?

I turn the power on and there is nothing at all, a blank LCD

i think theres a way to reset it, but i dont remember how to do it
maybe someone else will be able to chime in with some more info

hold shift and turn the data wheel...
most likely you just turned down the contrast of the display...

Check the power cable.Or while turning it on,press erase,thats how you can reset it

A little hard to take it back cause I bought it on the other side of the world. I would be almost impossible for me to get it back to London. ( I am in Ukraine)

Well you could always contact VST maybe they can shed some light on your problem if they are familiar with it. Shipping it to the US to get it fixed would kinda stink, but if there is nowhere else to turn you gotta do what you gotta do. On a brighter note VST is a very profession company, alot of guys here have dealt with them and all I hear is positive reports. With that said you may want to give them a call if nothing else works out for you.
