My Mpc 2500 wount play at all

While makin a beat i think i went into the program bank and changed something. dont know what.
but now i cant play the seq or record at all.
did i mute the whole thing or something?

please help me out someone

hard to determine exactly what happened, but maybe you accidentally purged all of the samples.

that happened with me...don't know what the problem was, i just saved and restarted it. with mine i could see sound coming in when i tried to record, but nothing was coming out...

every time i push "mount" in the "save meny" my mpc just wont play anything out...but then i just save and restart..

hmmm, thats so weird. i had to restart anyhow, so i lost the beat anyway.
i did not delete the samples either, i got sound from the pads.
it wouldent just play, record sequences.

What happened to me first is a weird crackling sound then it just went dead,sent it to VST and found out the whole cpu board was fried, called Akai and they paid for all repairs. Should be getting it any day now though
