Can You Have An Unever Bar?

For my intro I have a 4 bar loop but 4 bars is slightly too long. Is there a way to set it to be like 3 and 3/4?

I think there was a similar question a while ago. No you can't, and you wouldn't want to either. Because it would probably just sound wrong. Adjust your sample so that it fits the rhythm you chose, that's the only thing you can do.

give it a try anyway, copy the seq first.

Since that intro is it's own sequence, just adjust the bpm until it loops. Even though this tempo will not match the other sequences your intro will fit in one loop, it's that simple.
