MPC....Cubase....Problem

Has anyone had any problems with the MIDI on the MPC 2500? The first note recorded is fine, but then every other note after that is off. It never did this like 2 months ago, it just started, the only thing i did different was updated the OS to Version 1.23.

Im using the MOTU micro lite and it going into Cubase.

Any suggestions?

Also, is there a way to go back to the old OS, or would you suggest getting a better MIDI interface? What interface would you recommend?

maybe you should check the latency of youre midi interface and try the free jj os... thats how I did it (the free jj os) and I have no problems anymore..

Cubase > Master
MPC > slave Midi Time Code..

im pritty sure my MIDI interface doesn't have MTC, it was basically the cheapest one i could get. I was just using MIDI Clock.

I have a Motif ES and everything is working with that. Whats the difference in the jj os?

Should i be looking at a different MIDI interface? What one would you suggest?
