As I said in a previous post I just got an MPC 2500 and I encounter the "pop" problem ( audio "clic" sound that appears randomly while playing ). I read everything I found on the forum about that and I still cant come to any conclusion, it doesn't seem to be any solution ... that's why Id like to make a point about it ...
here is what I can say from my experience :
- the last OS ( 1.23 ) doesn't solve the problem
- it has nothing to do with USB ( as some people said ) , for me it happens with USB unplugged as well
- It really comes from the MPC, changing cables, speakers or electrical equipements is useless
- it really is random, I can loop the same beat for a while and suddenly a pop comes out
I read the forums and it seems a lot ( a majority ? ) of people encounter the problem. Id really like to know , what did you guys do about it ? Are you using your MPC anyway, ignoring it ? did you return it ? does it solve the problem ?
Im in a hurry cos I got to decide if I return it or not and I begin to wonder if its worth it to send it back, im afraid the new one will do exactly the same ...
Im waiting for your advice and feedback.
Thx.
