connecting hardware sampler on mpc 2500

is it possible to connect both a turntable with a mixer to sample vinyl

and to add a hardware sampler to add effects to the vinyl all on an 2500

and if so how

deck -> mixer -> 2500 in.

2500 input thru on, and you can then route to the 2500 fx.
