system error!!

New problem. When I save a beat I create a new folder by going to the save screem;
in To: Root screen I open w/ window to get to directory;
hit new and create a newfolder.
Never a problem unitl now. Now I keep getting "system error". I'm able to create a newfolder in an already existing folder. I thought that was cool but when I tried to save a second beat (folder) inside a existing folder the first one (beat/folder) was deleted somehow. Anyways I did a search and I fold alot of "directory error" problems with saving but nothing about my particular problem. Any suggestions or links would be appreciated.

Are you trying to save a folder within a folder?

I'm just trying to create a new folder. I'm able to create a folder withing a folder but I usually create a new folder for each individual project. My pads started acting crazy also so I really don't know whats going on.

I suggest reinstalling the os and trying again because something is corrupted if you are starting to get these weird problems when you shouldn't be.

I have experinced the same system error! problem with my 2500. I dont know why this happens. I have the MPC2500_v122 operating system. So im gonna install the newer _v123 operating system off the Akaipro website. Hopefully that will help.
