Hi guys,
Just picked up my MPC 2500 on the weekend and as you'd imagine have got straight into knocking out beats. I've browsed the forums extensively and searched for an extensive list of supported hard drives, but I haven't been able to find one. I've got a couple of questions:
1) Are any drives supported? AKAI has such a small list on their website, and so far the drives are finding hard to source.
2) Is there a limit to hard drive size? E.g would my system go mental if a 400gb drive was installed?
3) If only the AKAI recommended drives work, does anyone know of anywhere selling these online? (I've had no luck with the regular PC shops online in Aus)
