Post your views and questions about the Akai MPC2500

Hi eveyone,

Everytime I go to [load] internal memory there are files with ''''''''''''''''''' of size 999.9mb I cant even delete these please help on telling me how to delete.... I have tried the window option and close and load are the only options that are given.


Please help Im very new to this.


p.s I have an MPC2500 by the way if that helps!.... cheers

You cannot delete the internal memory. You can only overwrite it. Usually it should contain all the factory sounds, but maybe it got **** up somehow.

If it is your memory card or hard drive then you will have to reformat it. If it really is your internal memory. I don't know what to tell you.

what about just turning off the autoload?

If Im off base there, call Akai. It sounds like a tricky one... Please post when you figure out the fix for others. Good luck bro! -Jesse
