MPC 3000 vs. MPC 60 sampling question.

So, as far as my research shows me, the 60 only allows mono sampling/sound loading unless you get the 3.10 upgrade from Roger and 'nem, while the 3000 comes with stereo sampling, but, it won't load stereo sounds larger than 793k UNLESS you use at least OS 3.12.

Am I right with this?

Pretty much.

If you are concidering either of theses MPC's to buy... go for the 3000.
The 60 is nice but the 3000 has got it beat all around in features.
