MPC2000XL----->MPC5000 Question

I've owned my MPC2000XL since May 2000 and I'm looking to upgrade to a 5G. Can songs produced on the MPC2000XL be loaded onto an MPC5000? My first poston this forum although I've stopped by regularly. Appreciate all your assistance in advance. Peace.

Im pretty sure your prgm.files will. I dont believe the file format has changed.
