mpc 4000/5000 filters

I currently own a mpc 2000xl and I want to upgrade asap but i cant decide between the mpc 4000 and the 5000 i know most of the differences between the 2 but what it really comes down to for me are the filters since my music is 100% sampled base....anyone have experience with both machines? if so are the filters similar?


I tried the filters in Sam ash on the mpc 5000 but unfortunately they didn't have any more 4000's for me to try and compare the 2. all responses are appreciated..thanks in advance!

neva even touched a 5000 but the 4 has a large amount of filters due to the fact it is a full fledged sampler.
