What now?

Till now i was using mpc 500, but today i want to buy new mpc. The problem is what mpc should i choose? I was thinking about 1000 and 2500. I think that 1000 is good cause its more portable, but 2500 has bigger pads and movable screen. I think that 2500 is more comfortable, but it costs much more. What do you think about that?

Yeah 2500. For some unknown reason I have both. While it's nice to have a dedicated living room MPC it's hardly necessary. While the 1000's small form factor is nice the 2500 is definitely more comfortable, and as you mentioned the lack of a tilt screen on 1000 can drive you nuts coming from other MPC's.
