I have heard some people say that chopping is harder on the 60 and the 3K than on the newer MPCs. I don't think the 60 is that difficult to chop with...you just have to use your ears. However, I've never used one of the newer models.
So I'm curious: Can someone tell me a little bit about chopping on the newer machines (how you do it and why it's easier)?

Wild. That would take a pretty long time on the 60...

Yup that is why you don't chop like that you have to chop your shiet differently.

Fo shiz. I do bigger chops...gotta work that ear a little harder too.
Is the 2K(XL) similar to the 1K? I know you can see the waveform on it.

Yeah basically the 2500, 1000, 2000XL, 2000 all have wave form for choppin. But of course the 2000 Classic doesn't have a auto zone or auto chop function.
