Should I trade my 500 for a 2000 classic??

I say take a look at a 1000 w/jjos . It's sub $500 on ebay and it hurts even less after you sell the 500. So for roughly $200 you're working with a machine geared more towards serious work.

When I say toy I do not mean that you can't make music with it but seriously ... You can't tell me it's not built like a gameboy... It is a Nukai cutrate product that is target marketed for beginners. As I said I have a 500 but it is what it is.. It is a cool thing to take on flights when touring and to use when DJ'ing but the 2000 even though it is older is much easier to do serious studio work on.

And the 3000... Mabey you need to make sure it is right for you mabey not... Mabey you find that out by owning one. I know several producers that bought 3k's without using them before.

Hey, FatKyle .... wondered if you can help me out a touch. You said in one of your posts that one of your crew is using an MPD with Cubase. Listen, I bought an MPD32 recently and have it hooked up with Cuase SX3, but I've been having all sports of probs. Any chance you can get you pal to drop me a line to help out ?

trade your 2k for a 500!

a stock standard 500 comes with 10 times more goodies than a stock standard 2k or even fully accesorized 2k.
