Hey, I'm thinking about getting rid of my 2500 and using either just a motif or a fantom...
I dont really sample that much... I'd be fine with tweaking my own drums and such. I like keys more than pads too.

Whats your input?!

What you go with has to be your decision.

It will be your money and you have to look into each machine to find the features you like and can use
to your liking. Find a place to demo and check out each peice, play around with them for a while.

No one but you know how you like to do things and the way you like to do things. That has to come from you.

I own motif es, but I gotta say Im feeling 88key version of fantom g when I was at guitar center, I messed with xs but always was coming back to g.

whatever keyboard you decide on, you can always pickup rack version of the other later.

From reading/ videos.. the motif seems extremely user friendly. Everything about it seems so up front and in your face.

Is there someplace that you can demo the kybd?

And or if you buy it, make sure there is a return policy if you are not happy
AND that u can get your full money back, then u can buy the next machine and try that one too..
