I want to make beats and stuff but I don't want a bunch of features I'm not gonna use to get in the way. I've narrowed it down to 60 & 2k classic because the only big differences the xl has is flippy screen and time stretch which I hear 99% of xl users rarely use. so I have some questions.
1. Is the 60 that good or is it all hype?
2. Is there a real reason people don't prefer the 2k classic? (not just because its the first one without Roger Linn's name on it)
3. Is the 2k screen issue something to worry about?
4. Does chopping samples on the 60 take alot longer than the 2k?
5. Is it worth clearing off the extra desk space for the 60?
6. Anyone use both? which is more fun to use?
I want to make the switch to a mpc because using the demo fl studio and audacity is really time consuming/boring
