top it off, when you record un-quantized live drumming using several sounds... you could then start track muting and playing with it live without having to do piles of new layers one sound at a time.

that could be pretty interesting... it would be pretty cool to see a video of some people trying out what you guys are talking about.

being able to record/trigger multiple channels of midi on different tracks at the same time.


The confusion in that topic comes from that two terms in juxtaposition no?

Der he is. Mey been wondering where ya been. Ya bloodclot self been hide'n from mey. Mey shows ya a video where the girly plays better then most.

She sits around playn her bloodclot ting while making da video and make everybody look silly.........

Mey goes and sit on da sideline and wait for Debauch to come around.

Multitimbrality has nothing to do with MIDI, though. It's kinda in the name. Multiple timbres. MIDI doesn't actually carry sound, so the term isn't accurate.

Even the 2k Classic can record to multiple MIDI channels on multiple tracks, but it can only play one PGM at a time, hence it isn't multitimbral.

Yeah, 4 years since last reply. Sorry for the necrobump, but this really bothered me.
