Is the Snare on the 2 and 4 and the Kick on the 1 and 3 and all the stuff inbetween different when used with the same samples, the same tempo, the same PC. And if there is a difference how much is it and whats the reason.

If they were both hard quantised with no swing they would sound identical. The difference comes with the swing algorithms and how notes are nudged in Maschine.
I'm sure Hellfire could elaborate a bit further.
Not exactly! Something about the MPC just knows exactly where you meant to put a note when you play an off note while quantize is on. Sometimes Maschine doesn't put the note where you intended.
Also, the MPC doesn't quantize the notes WHILE you're playing them when quantize is on. It quantizes the notes after the recording loops. So you can play really loose while quanitizing is on and the notes will play back EXACTLY when you hit the pad. With Maschine, the sequencer records WHILE you play the notes when quantize is on. So if you play loose, it's gonna sound really **** up because the sequencer is quantizing the notes as you play the pads, which is really awkward feeling. And this can be even worse when you have swing applied to the pad since swing is real time.
Regarding swing, Maschine has a LOT more different swing settings than the MPC. This can be good and bad. While the Maschine has many different swing setting variations, the MPC is much simpler and you can usually find your desired setting with the simple settings combined with the earliness/lateness feature. Maschine's settings are vast and can achieve the same effect as MPC swing, but it's pretty complicated for most users, IMO. Good thing about Maschine though is you can apply swing without quantizing the track. On the MPC, if you add swing, it will quantize the notes.
The other thing is in the transport controls. The MPC transport controls are AIR TIGHT. If I press play or step back/forward by bar, the MPC is instant and you can press the shit as fast as Araab and it will keep up. The Maschine is a lot slower to react and if you press the buttons fast, it will miss some of the hits.
Anyway, as far as note recording, when quantize is OFF, both products are pretty much the same, excluding the transport. It's sequencing with quantize on where the MPC really has the advantage. Also, nudging on the MPC seems a bit finer than Maschine to me!
There's nothing scientific about it or nothing you can AB and provide an example of. You have to actually experience it for yourself!
