Emu Sampler from the EOS family (E64 and up) can.
And as far as I remember I was also able to control the sampler with it (F-Keys choose the menu or something like that)

Akai S5000/S6000 can. And they work with Aksys too.
Nice partners for an under-spec'd (read - STOCK) MPC4000, if you ask me.
16 analogue outs, ADAT I/O, removeable front panel, 2 MIDI inputs, FDD, 2 SCSI ports etc etc....
