Sup guys,
i was having a conversation with a good friend of mine about my mpc 2kxl.
In another thread i was talkin about the volume of my samples from my computer not being sampled at a high volume on my mpc.
My friend told me...
why dont u get one of those drum machines that u could hook up to ure pc and control ure drums straight from ure computer...
I personally told him i wasnt sure if i wanted to switch cuz when im using my 2kxl i feel like i control the drums when im on my mpc. Not only that after separating each drum sound and midi samples on seperate tracks, ican control the tracks using track mute... i dont know if they have that on those other controllers via pc

anyways let me know what u guys think
thx

Plus The Akai MPC 2000xl reads Wav. files. So you can normalize your sounds in a PC, save them, then load them into the 2k. At that point they may be louder than you want them to be!!!
