please have mercy on my soul for asking this noob question, I know I should be cursed out or called stupid but i really did seacrh this forum and got a bunch of bull from tim hardaway to Ray j... {casue of the keyword black, I guess} and on the world wide web I couldn't find any info on the blue MPC1000{ I assumed bcuz it is discountiued/not really suported or marketed anymore...
bottom line I want to know if there are any differencces beside color and pad issues with the black vs blue. if this was addressed in a previous post, please refer me to the link
I repeat I could care less if the pad are crappy from one or the other, I'm just worried about specs and capabilities like outputs, memory, fx's, whatever else. are the machine the same or not. I already own a 2000xl {and a mpd16 so screw the pad issue}
since I can not convert my programs to wav files on a 2000xl I wish to buy a blue 1000 to sample my programs into, use some fx's and load my it back into my 2000xl. I was even considering using one of the older rack samplers to accomplish this task but being that I have a mcd in my mpc2000xl I guess a 1000 makes more sense to go back and forth with. thanks a million
